Looking at it from afar, a program’s curriculum may come off as some sort of checklist for the students. What makes the courses different for everyone is that the journey is unique to each student, from undergrads to seasoned professionals in post-grad. In this article, we take a look back on last semester’s journeys from the perspective of students who came out victorious amidst their challenges.
The Department of Home Economics Education successfully concluded its AY 2025-2026 Home Economics Education Caravan on March 5, 2026, with Grade 11 students at UP Integrated School. The event featured department members sharing the expansive professional landscape of the Bachelor of Science in Home Economics (BSHE) program.
On March 5, 2026, members of the UP Circle of Home Economists (CHEc) had a unique opportunity to explore Korean flavors through the Paldo Vina Korean Product Sampling event.
