The Department of Home Economics Education, together with the Circle of Home Economists held a Home Economics Career Talk with the theme “Sailing across the sea of opportunities” last November 9, 2024 at CHE Gusali 2B.

At the 2024 ISQOLS Annual Conference held last June 25-28 at Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, the department’s very own Assoc. Prof. Consuelo Chua and BSHE Batch 2022 alumnus Carlo Kristopher Trinidad brought home the 1st Place Award for the Best Poster Presentation for their research entitled “Financial Wellbeing of Filipino Families During the COVID-19 Pandemic.”
