Estifanie Meer, a first-year BSHE student, shared her insights: “The Paldo Korean product sampling event was an interesting experience as a consumer. I felt satisfied knowing that we were not just tasting the products but also helping develop them. I hope that, with our feedback, the company gains insights into how to improve the noodles and drinks before they reach the market. Also, we were able to apply what we had learned in our Home Economics and Food Nutrition classes; aside from practicing responsible consumer habits, we were also tasked with evaluating the food's taste and quality. I witnessed Paldo's commitment to consumer feedback throughout its product development process.”
 

Julianna Pacis, a third-year BSHE student, expressed her enjoyment: “The event was fun!! It was interesting to try new flavors for both the noodles and the drinks. As a matagal mag-sensory evaluation, I only wish na it was a little bit longer so that I'd have more time to really pick apart and appreciate the flavors 😆”

Terence Arcalas, also a third-year BSHE student, highlighted the brand’s appeal: “Finally, a Korean instant noodle brand that isn't all that spicy offers an exciting selection of flavors and captures Filipino taste!  Sampling the new Koreno products has been an overall great experience. From acquainting participants to curating product sampling in an orderly fashion, the company left a lasting positive impression. I appreciate that the discussions were casual, fun, yet professional and organized. Having the opportunity to converse with their team shows their dedication and attention to detail in ensuring the best-quality products and service for their customers. I look forward to grabbing a packet of Koreno noodles at a store near me!”

The event proved to be a valuable and enjoyable learning experience for the members. It not only allowed students to enjoy Korean flavors but also provided them with a glimpse into the meticulous process of product development. Through their evaluations, they observed Paldo Vina’s dedication to quality and consumer satisfaction, highlighting the crucial role of consumer feedback in product refinement.
